Meeting Minutes & Agendas

Meeting minutes must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors before being posted. Minutes for each meeting are approved by the board at the following meeting. Therefore, the minutes for any particular month will not be posted until after the meeting in the next month.

Access to Waters Edge HOA Board meeting minutes is restricted to Waters Edge homeownerps. If you are a Waters Edge homeowner, and have already registered for an account on this site, please LOG IN to view meeting minutes.

If you do not have an account, you may REGISTER to obtain one. After you register, an administrator will verify your homeowner status (this may take a day or so.) If you have already registered, are a homeowner, and still do not have access to view the minutes, please contact the webmaster using the Contact Us form.

As of the April 2018 board meeting, residents wishing to speak to the board about agenda items during the "Resident Comments" portion of the meeting are asked to please sign in at the beginning of the meeting. In order to facilitate that process, the planned agenda will be posted here no less than 2 days prior to the meeting.
