About Waters Edge Fountains
There are 20 fountains in Waters Edge, expected to run from 10am - 10pm every day. They can be sensitive to thunderstorms, heat, debris, and other hazards. Residents should not attempt to fix fountains, but should instead report a fountain outage. The best way to report an outage is thru this form, since an email will be immediately delivered to the fountain coordinator (as well as HOA Management), but you may also use the Contact Us page to email TLC Professional Group (the HOA Management company) or contact TLC directly by email or by phone. Response time is best-effort, and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the nature of the fountain electronics and mechanics, extended outages may occur.
